Hello Mark,
Based on your description and the additional problems you are experiencing, I suspect that the cause might be something as simple as an old version of the X120 firmware. Please e-mail us at support@tobii.com to get the download details for the latest firmware version.

I am trying to program our Tobii X120 using the low-level SDK.
I tried last year, ran into some problems, and stopped. Now I'm trying again, and I have a couple of questions.

Hi Urs,
This is currently not supported in the Configuration Tool. A workaround that you can use is to save the X120 configuration and load it when you open the Configuration Tool. This way you can retrieve the last X120 configuration and e.g. adjust only one parameter.

I'm able to get fixation counts, durations, and the track is there in the replay, but i haven't gotten the pupil size variable to show up even while switching around various ...

Hello,
I need to set-up the new Tobii X120 using an external video input.
I read on the Technical Requirement that Tobii Studio don’t support yet this advanced set-up.
I would like to know if it's possible (and opportune) use the last release of Clearview with Tobii X120, implementing the external video ...

The child has to sit facing the eye tracker and the mother has to be on the other side of the eye tracker (behind the eye tracker).
With the X120 Eye Tracker a 2D plane is tracked. This means that the stimuli should preferably be on a straight line at a constant distance from the eye tracker. The mother can move along this line, so it would be ...
