Michelle, What version of Tobii Studio are you running? Does the movie play properly? Do you know what codec it is compressed with? Does the recording end or does it freeze entirely? In a test, we use a few images and movies. When recording, after a movie (AVI) the second image (JPG) does not show on the screen. The screen is black.  Do you know how we can fix this?
